Hi. We have a lovely double room to rent in a friendly flatshare in East Finchley. The room is on the top floor of a 3 floor property (our flat is the top 2 levels). King size bed.

Bills are separate and come in at approx £120 per month. Living with 3 others, currently 2 girls and a guy. The flat benefits from a huge living room which we like to hang out in when we're in.

Would love to find someone that is easy to get along with and up for the occasional drink/chat.

The house is in a great location.. 3 min walk to tube, 2 mins to High St with pubs, cafes, charity shops etc Cherry Tree park literally about 100yards away.

Room is available from 25th May.
