A big Double room available in a shared flat (all professionals) only 10 minutes walk from East Finchley underground station (Nothern Line). Large triple door wardrobe, shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The room has a work desk and chair and is only suitable for a non-smoker who is clean, tidy and willing to share cleaning of the flat with others. Strictly no pets. Rent is inclusive of water bill and council tax only; electricity, wifi and gas are shared equally between the 4 tenants. One month deposit and 1 month rent will be required in advance.
