Hello everyone! We are advertising a double room in a shared, well maintained flat. The location is in East Finchley, with 15 minutes from East Finchley Tube Station, local shops. Hollywood bowl complex with restaurants is 5 minute walk away. There is a large shared kitchen and shared bathroom.

The room comes fully furnished with plenty of storage space (bed, desk, chair, shelves and wardrobe). The room is on the first floor of the flat. All bills are included, with plenty of private street parking, and free wi-fi. The rent for the double room is £600 per a calendar month, with a half months rent (£300) required as a deposit and month's rent paid in advance.

The room is available for a move in from November 2025, subject to references and satisfactory ID check.

The room is ONLY suitable for a single person (no couples). The room would suit a professional (preferably a professional who does not work from home, who has been been resident in the UK for 3 years or longer), and of a mature and responsible disposition.

This is a family flat, with 3 siblings (31, 27, 24), all working individuals (1 works from home). No guests allowed.
