I'm a friendly outgoing active guy in his 70s, well educated well travelled, a bit unconventional, a freethinker. I'm divorced with my ex-wife & teenage daughter living just around the corner
I'm looking for a clean tidy responsible younger person to share my house (more accurately 1st floor 2 & half bedroom Victorian maisonette with garden). I don't care about your level of education, what you do for living, your sexuality (I'm straight) just how you are as a person. I'm pretty easygoing but I do. have a few rules & preferences which you'd need to respect as it is my home. You can have guests etc within reason as long as they're sensible & well behaved. I get on well. with people from all over the world especially those who've been exposed to other cultures, but NO WOKE WARRIORS PLEASE

I've shared my home with many different people over v many yrs and its been v v much OK with only a v few exceptions
Rent includes all bills Council Tax utilities etc & I have a cleaner who come ln once a week
You'll have a decent size double-room with large bay windows, & kitchen/diner, living-room, & garden
It's all modernised & fitted but no dish-washer or clothes dryer, but there'a a high washing-line over the garden & a laundromat 5 mi s down the High Road
