A bright and modern double room in a two bed flat is available in a stylish duplex flat, just a 30-second walk from East Finchley station (Northern Line).

You'll have the entire two bed flat to yourself most of the time, however once a week I'll be using the second room (although there will be some weeks where I don't use the room at all, in February for example I won't use it for a month).

About me:

35yo female, I live in Bristol and work for consultancy firm in central, and am originally from New Zealand. I’ll be using the 2nd room once a week (max) and will arrive late in the evening and leave early the next day, so you probably won't see me much. In February I'm going home for a month, so you'll have the place totally to yourself for that month.

Pets:
🐶 The flat has patio, communal back garden and is close to a park so pretty well suited for pets. If you have one please let me know a bit about them.
