Spacious Double Room Available – Prime Location with Great Flatmates!

Unfortunately I am having to move it, only because I’ve purchased a property – otherwise I’d be staying. This is a great house with two brilliant flatmates and a very responsive landlord (we also live above the managing estate agent, so things get sorted quickly).

There is just about everything you need around, with green space a few minutes from the house and a relatively quiet area! It has easily been the best area I have lived in London.

About the room & house:

- Large double bedroom
- Part-furnished (no mattress included)
£821 rent + bills (I usually spend ~£120/month on bills)
- Two bathrooms (you would be sharing with one other)
- Big communal living room
- Well-equipped shared kitchen
- Respectful, friendly household

Location:
- Amazing location – literally a 1-minute walk to East Finchley Station on the Northern Line.
- Close to shops, cafés and other amenities, with fast transport links.

For context it takes me about 30 minutes to get to Embankment, and get to most of London within 45 minutes!

We're looking for someone clean, considerate, and friendly to take over the room.

- Move-in date: Ideally would be December 1st but we can negotiate this.
