3.5 month short term rent, North London

We are looking for a lovely flatmate to replace me moving out for a period of mid Jan - end of April. Rent is £525 excluding bills (roughly come to £100-£150 a month). My room is quite small so ideally not looking for someone who works from home much as there isn’t space for a desk and wifi can be slightly temperamental. However I’m leaving all my furniture in the room so it’s fully furnished! There are also 2 additional shelves of storage in the hallway that come with this bedroom

The flat is a max 10 min walk to East Finchley tube station which has the Northern Line. We’re lucky that the flat is on the High Street, as it means it’s always lit when you’re coming home from a late night. We feel really safe in this area which is always appealing as a woman! We are also just a stone's throw away from Muswell Hill and Highgate.

It’s a 4 bedroom flat and the 3 other girls are in their mid 20s and work full time (so are looking for someone similar). They are sooo lovely and love absorbing the culture of the city, charity shopping, trying new restaurants, and watching crap Netflix movies or series’ together. They want to find someone who are keen to be friends rather than co-existing in the flat! 💕

The house has a bright shared kitchen/living room, and a bathroom with a bath/shower.
