You’ll be sharing with two girls in their late 20s who work in finance & recruitment, a Scottish & an Aussie! We enjoy nights out together or staying in for a chilled one on the terrace. I’m leaving to take a year off to go travelling, but will miss the girls as we’ve become great friends.

The flat is recently refurbished, bright and spacious. It consists of 3 bed 2.5 bath, kitchen, living/dining room, and terrace, split over two floors (with the available room on the 1st floor). Fully furnished: there is a bed + mattress, huge wardrobe, chest of drawers, side cabinet, and massive floor length mirror. The bathroom has a shower & bath and will be yours only.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area off the High road which has every amenity you can think of, and it’s not far from the sought after Muswell Hill & Alexandra Palace area.🌳
The flat is a 15min walk to East Finchley station (northern line), or there’s a bus stop at the end of the road which takes 5mins!
It’s also a short walk into north Finchley which has loads of gyms, cinema, shops.
There’s free parking on the road.
