🚃 Transport & surroundings
The flat is a 5 minute wak from East Finchley station (Northern line- 20 minute tube to central london), 5 minute walk to Cherry Wood, 20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood, Muswell Hill and Alexandra Palace.
We're fortunate to be located next to lots of beautiful leafy green spaces and forests. There's plenty of cute coffee shops in Muswell Hill, Highgate and Hampstead and we have a farmers market every Sunday at Alexandra Palace Gardens.

The large double room is on the top floor, comes fully furnished with a large double bed, chest of draws, dressing table, desk and heaps of extra storage space in the cupboards.

It's a double story flat in a Victorian house with a big kitchen, separate living room with a big arched window and sunbed that we like to lay on when the sun is shining, shared bathroom and a small garden.

👯‍♀️ Who you'll be living with

You'll be sharing with Talitha (29) from the UK, and Juliet (25) Australian, both friendly young working professionals, creatives- actors and writers. We enjoy films, reading, writing, art, travelling, dance, cooking and baking. We value a tidy, welcoming and cosy home to rejuvenate to after the hustle and bustle of London and our busy work lives. We love to put a film on together, have a chit chat/ yap in the evenings with tea, but also respect each other's space and solitude/ downtime too. We're not a party flat but we do enjoy having our friends over for coffees and dinner.

We're looking for someone who wants to make this their home, and where it hopefully feels like a little family rather than strangers. As part of the LGBT community, it is important that our new flatmate is LGBTQ IA+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈
