The flat is bright, cosy, and very clean, with a comfortable living room and dining area — perfect for relaxing after work or enjoying a movie night. It’s a peaceful and homely space.
My current flatmate (and friend of 5 years) is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful, and easy-going to share the flat — and hopefully build a new friendship too.

I’m a professional in my late 30s. I love cooking, going to the gym, staying active, and keeping a tidy, calm home. Cleanliness and a positive atmosphere are important to me.
