I'm looking for someone to take over my room available from the 1st May.
The flat is extremely spacious and full of light, pretty rare to find in London.
It is situated in a cul the sack so extremely quiet on both sides.
One side overlooks the street and the other a garden with trees, very calm and peaceful.
The sunset is incredible.
There is also a very spacious balcony, great for eating outside or sunbathing.
The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and 2 ovens.
There is quite a lot of storage in the flat and we also have an extra storage room as you walk in.
The bathroom has a nice bath and it's generally a good size.
We have a cleaner that comes every fortnight.
Bills are not included.
Council tax is £95 each
The rest of the expenses is around £135/160 depending on the month and usage. should be less now that the heating is no longer needed.
Street parking is free.
Tube station is closed. There are buses just up the street.
If you like nature and walking, Hampstead Heat is only 45 minutes walk away and there are other parks around, aside from being very green all around.
The area is very safe even when you come home at night.
THE ROOM
Very spacious, overlooking the garden.
It comes with the wardrobe and the bed.
Everything else in the picture belongs to me.
I'm selling the chest of drawers for £40 if you are interested.
You will be living with Rob, my flatmate, who is a really nice, kind guy and pretty laid back. He works in retail so working in shifts.
His son comes over a few days a week and he is really nice and sweet.
They are both extremely polite and very respectful.
He's looking for a nice person, respectful, laid back.
