Single room w sofa, desk and storage

Family flat with 2 sisters (26 & 33) living permanently, our mother who stays from time to time, and a lodger (23) - all women for safety and comfort! No guests allowed.

The bedroom is on the second floor on the shady side of the apartment. There are 2 full bathrooms + extra WC. Plenty of storage for shoes, coats and suitcases. Lots of cupboard space in kitchen and two shelves in the fridge. No smoking in bedroom, but fine in back and front gardens. Living room is very cute and we're working on making cosmetic improvements to all common areas. Looking for someone tidy and willing to do their share of chores and contributing to household essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, etc.

Flat located on the ground floor in a privately owned ex-council estate. Have never had any issues with neighbours. Free on street parking, first come first serve. A406 (north circular) 2 minutes away by car. We're a 2 minute walk from the 263, 232 and 112 buses. The 263 takes you to East Finchley Underground Station in 10-15 mins, which is on the Northern Line (zone 3). 20 minute tube ride to central London.
