Hello everyone 👋 Our lovely flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take her room in our clean and cosy 3-bedroom flat in East Finchley.

📍 Only a 5-minute walk from East Finchley Tube (Northern Line), so it’s super convenient for getting around London.

The room is a spacious furnished double room with its own private en-suite, measuring approx. 4.28m x 3.16m (14.1ft x 10.4ft / around 145 sq ft).

The flat has:
A lovely living room with a Juliet balcony
A good-sized, well-equipped kitchen
Dishwasher + washing machine
Clean and well looked-after home
Weekly cleaning rota, so everyone does their bit to keep the place nice

£940 pcm + Council Tax & Wi-Fi

Gas, electricity and water are included in the rent.
Council Tax is around £100 per person/month, with Wi-Fi paid separately.

You’d be sharing with one guy and one girl, so it’s a mixed-gender flatshare.

We’re looking for one person only, and we have no preference on age or gender. The main thing is that you’re respectful, clean and considerate.

We’re a pretty chilled flatshare and everyone has different work schedules, so we’re not really looking for a massive party animal We’re absolutely fine with having friends over and having a good time, but we’d like to keep the flat a nice, peaceful place to come home to, especially on weeknights!
