Big room for a couple in East Finchley

Me and my partner are moving out of our lovely double room in East Finchley.
We are looking for a couple to replace us but are happy to accept single people if they’re ok with the rent amount listed.

It’s a 4-bed flat, 8 minutes walk from the Northern line (East Finchley).
On the night bus route from central London and well connected with buses to archway/Highbury and Islington and more.

You would be living with Aoife (actor/musician), Marie (works in film) and Christine (illustrator/works in an art shop) who are all really lovely, and sociable.
Up for nights in/trips to the pub but also everyone is very independent and happy to do their own thing.

It’s a really nice flat with a great living space and very good value for what it is.
A really nice feature of the room is that it leads out onto a flat room which you can use as a sort of balcony.

We’ve been there for 5 years and would love to hand it over to a new couple.

The listed deposit is per person if the room were to be taken by a couple (therefore slightly more if it was a single person, due to there being fewer people on the lease).

The room comes furnished, but some items will be different to what is seen in the pictures as these belong to us and we’ll be taking them in the move, but hope the pictures give a good sense of what potential it has.
