A quiet, responsible, considerate English-speaking female student would be welcome to live with a small, friendly Pug dog and peaceful female live-in owner. We prefer a female, dog-friendly flatmate as the existing occupants are two single women who enjoy living with Ozzy the dog.
We offer one double bedroom in this peaceful, comfortable and unusually spacious home near East Finchley tube station on the northern line, zone 3, in a safe, interesting neighbourhood.
This flat is on two floors which confers a sense of privacy and spaciousness. There are three double-bedrooms (two currently occupied) a living room/dining room, a healing/meditation room, kitchen, bathroom, lavatory and a sunny balcony.
For safety and tenant referencing purposes there will be a full identity check, financial disclosure and landlady references and your previous rental history will be of interest.

The two second-floor, east-facing double-bedrooms are about 3.8m x 3.2m or 12'6" x 10'6" and one of these will be available to rent from 3rd January to 3rd June 2026. The landlady has a smaller west-facing bedroom.
The large east-facing living room/dining room is 5.8 x 3.6m or 19'x12' and is shared. There is a smaller west-facing workspace for the landlady.
The first-floor south-west facing kitchen has a washing machine, fridge and freezer, 5-burner gas hob and electric fan oven. There is currently no microwave. There is outdoor washing line for laundry.
The south-west facing bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub, shower and handbasin and there is a separate lavatory. A combi-boiler provides instant hot water and central heating. Radiators have thermostatic valves for regulation of temperature in each individual room.
There is free off-street and on-street parking. Rent includes utilities, internet and council tax.
Within five minutes’ walk from the flat are buses 263, 102, 234, 143, H3 and the N20 night bus. East Finchley northern line tube station (zone 3) is less than 10 minutes' walk. From here it is 11 minutes on the tube to Camden Town, 23 minutes to Euston and 26 minutes to Kings Cross St Pancras International. A quarter of a mile away is the A406 North Circular Road and easy access to the A1/M1.
