Large Bright Double w/Private Garden - Near Tube

Long-term Double bedroom is available in East Finchley, from 3rd November.

Looking for someone friendly and able to mingle with everyone in the house and who would like to find a proper home and not just a house. Someone clean and tidy who respects the common areas and the other housemates, and who is proactive in improving the environment of the home. We have a large garden and it benefits us all, especially during spring and summer, but it also needs some maintenance and this is part of the house activities.

--- The Room ---
The room is on the ground floor. Double bed, wooden floor, closet, chest of drawers, and a desk with chair and lamp.
It has a chimney, however, it is closed and cannot be used, it just serves a cozy aesthetic.

--- The House ---
The house has one shower with bathtub upstairs, two separate w/c (one upstairs and one downstairs), a kitchen with a new fridge, a new dishwasher, a washing machine, coffee maker, exclusive use of a private huge back garden (handy for picnics/bbqs), and a large living/dining room to relax and chat with housemates.

Housemates gather for drinks now and then, cook, play games, bake, and share meals and movie nights.

---Access to---
Washing machine, new dishwasher, kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, garden, fridge, etc. Livingroom and all the regular public spaces, just as all the other members of the house.
The place is designed to make everyone feel at home. A true home.

---Area East Finchley---
The neighborhood is perfect, full of trees and warm people. Very very safe. There are many shops nearby like Sainsbury's, Budgens, Iceland, Pubs, Cofee Shops, DOMINOS pizza, real pizza restaurants, and many many more shops. Nevertheless, it is in a quiet, trendy, clean, and charming street with neighbors whom we love.

---Transport---
Central London is 25 minutes away by tube. There are also many nearby night buses that take you to central or east London. The tube is 5 mins walk.

---House Dynamics---
The house is quite relaxed but we do keep it clean and respect our own and other people's space. A cleaner attends 2 times per month to clean thoroughly all common areas at a cost of £25 per housemate per month.

Important:
Please let me know something about yourself. If you could include a description of your interests and work as well. You will be sharing the house with two professional women and two professional men, everyone aged between 28-35yo. The house is quite large, like a family home and it is a safe space for everyone to feel comfortable. In this house we love to cook so we'll probably meet in the kitchen.

Bills included in full: water, fast wi-fi.
Bills included with a cap: gas & electricity (capped at £200 per month for the whole house, any extra is distributed amongst the housemates and can range aprox. between £5-20 in winter).
