Lovely double 2 min from East Finchley tube

I have a double room available in a 4 bedroom flat share in East Finchley. The flat is 2 min away from East Finchley tube, 1 min from busses (102, 143, 263, 234, N20) & local amenities. Lovely area, Camden Town is only 12 minutes by tube.

The room is a decent size double with a double bed, a wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and lots of shelves.

The flatmates are fun and easy going professionals (3 girls), all working full time. We are looking for a clean and tidy female who would like to be part of this friendly flat share, occasional movie nights and maybe share a glass of wine. We like to keep all the common areas clean and tidy at all times, that is why we have a weekly cleaning rota.

The flat has a large living room and a storage room to share. There is no garden, however there is a patio outside the flat, ideal for gardening and BBQs. The bathroom and toilet have just been fully refurbished.

Rent: 500 Pounds per month (rent includes all bills, except electricity - which is approx. 10 Pounds in Summer and 35 Pounds in Winter - depending on usage)
Deposit: 450 Pounds

3 month minimum stay, notice is 1 month
