The room is fully furnished, clean and we'll maintained in a new build property. The flat has a kitchen, living room with an open plan dining space, bathroom and a hall. There are also good off road parking facilities. The room is finished to a high standard, clean and modern.
We are hoping to live with a girl who is looking for friends as well as housemates as we like to have movie nights and a few drinks on the weekends. Both of us have done the student life, so as long as you can pick up after yourself and lend a hand in the chores we are laid back and drama free!
The place is 10min walk from East finchley station in very quiet secure private block of flats. Rent is £550 per month . The bills are shared equally.
