Room Available - Now

Have room available in large converted house so the living areas are spacious. The bedroom is not quite a double but bigger than a single it has a walk in cupboard with ample storage.
Bathroom(shared)is newly refurbished.
It is a calm and quiet environment, I tend to work really hard in week and leave entertaining for weekends.(and not every weekend!)
Always in the kitchen at parties...kitchen has a big table (an easy 8) has warm and relaxed atmosphere and seems to be where friends congregate.
There is a garden.
Looking for someone who is easy going, happy and has a positive outlook on life. Is willing to respect the working week and happy to have a chat over coffee or a glass of wine.
Can be 7 days or Mon to Fri.
Rent is inclusive of all bills.
