Delightful small double room-friendly flatshare!

Sadly I am moving to be closer to work and I will be leaving this lovely little room and my two lovely housemates.
The room:
It’s a small double room with a double bed and a wardrobe space built into the wall with a hanging rail and a shelf. There is also additional storage space with a chest of drawers, a desk and a bedside table. It’s a lovely room; light and bright in the Summer and cosy and warm in the Winter.
The flat:
It is a 3 bedroom flat with a large airy and bright living room with sofas, additional chairs, a coffee table and lots of shelving space for storage. The good sized kitchen is conveniently located next to the lounge through adjoining doors and there is plenty of storage space in the cupboards. There is also ample space in the hall cupboard for any additional storage needs. The flat also benefits from access to shared outdoor space (which is mostly lawn) and a small balcony which is a great little sun trap and hidden away from the main road.
The People:
You would be living with two lovely people; one boy (aged 26) and one girl (aged 27). They have lived in the flat for over a year now. Both of them work in Healthcare professions (Nursing and Speech and Language Therapy) so they are caring and considerate housemates by nature. It is definitely more of a home than just a room.
The flat is certainly one to be seen. For £425 a month, the room is great value and very affordable for the area (especially given you will often pay less than £500 a month even with the bills on top!)
It is in a great location for East Finchley underground station (10-15 minute walk), various bus routes and drivers have the North Circular on the doorstep. There are also plenty of parking spaces available on the road directly outside of the property.
