We're a fun, young couple with a large double room available in a three bed house near East Finchley.

The house has a large double reception room with two original fireplaces and plenty of space.

The large kitchen has heaps of storage and has all the usual features, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, but most importantly, gas hobs!

The living room and kitchen both lead out to a large garden with a patio and terrace, perfect for BBQs in summer. The landlord will be turfing the garden shortly.

Upstairs there is a newly fitted bathroom and two large doubles (which are almost identical) of which one will be yours. Both rooms each have 2 large built-in wardrobes and original wooden floors. Please note the room comes unfurnished.

The third single room will be used as an office.

Please note that the price on the advert is for an individual. For a couple the rent will be £825pcm excluding bills.

There will be some one off agent fees too for referencing and adding you to the contract.

Your housemates will be Liam and Sophie - we're an easy going and clean couple who enjoy being social, looking for like minded housemate(s) :-)

Liam works in road cycling event management, so unsurprisingly loves cycling as well as pretty much all other sports. He often travels a lot with work during summer. Liam is also passionate about music and more often than not will have his record player on in the lounge.

Sophie works in investment consulting. She is also a keen cyclist and triathlete and loves a trip to the pub with friends or checking out new restaurants and cafes.
