Double room in East Finchley

Double room available on part-time basis (2-3 nights a week, Monday to Friday) in tranquile flat in East Finchley (very close to the tube station!). Northern Line, zone 3, journey time to Leicester Square or King's Cross is 20 minutes.

I'm looking for someone considerate and reasonably clean who is looking for a room in London for 2-3 nights a week.

The room is bright and quiet. It is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and a small cupboard and you are of course welcome to store some of your belongings between stays.

I have been sharing on this part-time basis with professionals for quite some time and it has always worked well. I am happy to provide bedding and to change it every other week so you don't have to worry about that.

You'd be sharing the flat with me, female, 46, from Madrid but bilingual and living in London over 10 years now. Lots of visits from Spain over the weekends, hence only available on part-time basis. Wireless internet available and of course included.

East Finchley High Road is full of cafes and restaurants, has a great little cinema and lots of charity shops which welcome any unwanted clutter no questions asked. And of course Muswell Hill is pretty close.
