Light room in a friendly 3-bed flat

Hello!

A friend and I are looking for someone to take the third room in a three bed flat (our housemate's moving to America for a new job). We are both in our mid twenties, and really love it here.

The flat features:
* a spacious lounge/dining room, with plenty of shelf-space for books/boardgames/ art supplies
* a recently-refurbished kitchen with a new fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave!
* a decently-sized bathroom with a shower over a bath
* a balcony (with a view of the communal gardens)
* a cupboard/lock-up outside the flat that's big enough to store a bike
* a decent collection of good DVDs (and an enormous collection of terrible ones)

The flat's a 5-10 minute walk from East Finchley station, on the Northern Line. Ideally, we'd be looking for someone who's happy with a single room, but that is flexible! If you'd be interested in the single room, the rent would be £500 pcm (before bills), and bills have worked out at about £35-40 a month (excluding council tax).

We'd be very happy to consider students, as long as they have a guarantor. Ideally, we are looking for someone who could be a friend, as well as a flatmate. If you might like comedy, films, and arts and crafts, please feel free to send a message!
