Two rooms in shared house in East Finchley

Hi, we are two professional and friendly males looking for two new housemates to move in towards the end of September.

The house is situated in a nice and safe area of East Finchley. Approx 10 minutes walk from East Finchley Tube Station.
Large kitchen with all mod cons, two bathrooms, lounge, garden.

Both rooms are a good size,
1) Master bedroom
2) Medium size bedroom,
However both are doubles with hanging space.

Male or female we don't mind either (we currently have both living here) as long as you are friendly, courteous, and tidy and don't mind the odd the glass of wine or a beer from time to time.
Preferably connected to the Arts but we are open minded too.

Bills are not included however budgeting for around £80 per month should cover everything.
