We have two rooms available in a spacious flat located just 8-minutes' walk from East Finchley tube station.

The property is in a quiet area of East Finchley but within easy walking distance of shops and pubs of the high street. Muswell Hill is a 20-minute walk, and Highgate and Hampstead Heath are just a short bus ride away.

We've lived here for three years and had a great time - the only reason we're leaving is because we received a great offer to move in with friends.

The flat is large (even has a spare room, useful for storage/clothes drying etc!) and has a shared kitchen/living room.

There are two rooms available; one slightly smaller room with an en-suite, and a larger room with lots of space. The rooms each come with a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes, but other furniture could be included subject to negotiation.
