Our lovely housemate Brittany is moving out, and we’re looking for someone to join our home!

You’ll be living with Sanj, Zelda, and Hannah, we’re all creative people who value a relaxed, tidy, and friendly environment. We sometimes enjoy cooking together or having a movie night, but we also respect each other’s space and routines.

This is definitely a home rather than just a room in a house, so we’re looking for a like-minded, considerate person who’ll appreciate that same sense of community.

The room is:

• Rent is £960
• Bills £150 average PCM
• For single tenant

Room comes with:

If you need anything the landlord is responsive and really helpful.
Bills include: Electric, Gas, Water, Council Tax, High speed broadband are all included and a bi-weekly cleaner.

The house has a very large communal living/dining room. A big kitchen with all the mod cons (New washing machine, new fridge freezer, microwave etc).

Shared Bathroom with shower and a bath tub plus there is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

We also have a garden and large area next to the house.

We are close to many attractions and sights, including The O2 Arena (25 min walk) and Greenwich Market (10 min walk) where many restaurants, pubs and bars can be found. With Wundercrust (voted best pizza in London) right next door.

University of Greenwich is only a 10 min walk.

The River Thames and Thames Path Walk is only 1 min walk.

We have a coop directly opposite with large supermarkets around 7 mins walk away.
