One of our housemates is moving out so we have a big light double room available.
We're a friendly three person house in East Greenwich. The house is off the main road, so nice and quiet. We have great communal spaces with a lounge/diner/kitchen downstairs and a little yard with a bbq.
Current housemates are:
- Maria from Catalonia - works in logistics
- Me (Hugh) - from Cambridge currently studying a Landscape Architecture Masters at Greenwich Uni.
We're looking for someone to move in ASAP.
Rent is £750 all inclusive. We sometimes have airbnb guests in the spare room which reduces the rent.
The house is close to beautiful Greenwich Park and all the high street shops on Trafalgar Road. We're about 10 mins bus ride to North Greenwich, 10-15 mins walk to Cutty Sark and 5 mins walk to Maze Hill.
