Hello , I have 2 double rooms in a terraced house in SE10 Greenwich.
No agency as this is my proprety

One will be occupied by yourself (room B) £230 per week
The other will be on airbnb ( all guest are verified )

Unfortunately No students or couples

lovely location
8 minutes walk to the river
4 minutes to bus stop
nearest tube station: North Greenwich (zone 2)
Nearest train station : Westcombe Park
gym, Library , GP all in within 3 minutes walk ( the Greenwich centre)
grocery shops all very close by

No smokers with no pets,
Is very important the tenants is a clean and tidy person which will take care of the home as much as I would.

There is a spacious living room and a separate kitchen which are common areas.

On the first floor there is a good size shared bathroom with bath tab and electric shower.

All the bills are included except gas and electricity which we will share .
It’s based on on consumption.
