You’ll be sharing with two professionals, a 39 year old woman and a 33 year old man. They are not a couple and have created a warm, respectful home where everyone enjoys their own space while being friendly and considerate.

The room is a bright and spacious first floor double bedroom, fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and plenty of storage space.
About the house and location
The house has a cosy, welcoming feel and benefits from a large private garden, perfect for relaxing, enjoying a coffee or making the most of the outdoor space.
The location is excellent, with great transport links:
• Just a 5 minute walk to Westcombe Park Station
• Around 5 minutes by bus to North Greenwich Station with access to the Jubilee line
• Close to local bus routes for easy travel around Greenwich and London
The house is also conveniently located close to everything you need, including local shops, supermarkets, cafés, gyms, a cinema, the O2, restaurants and bars. There are plenty of places nearby to eat, relax, exercise and enjoy your free time.
What’s included
Council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband with an 80Mb connection are all included in the rent, so there are no extra household bills to worry about.
Tenancy details
Minimum tenancy is 6 months.
One month’s notice is required.
