The house has a private entrance and the kitchen and garden facilities can be used within the agreed terms. House has an open plan kitchen, all amenities, and more. Location is 3 bus stops to North Greenwich, 10 mins to Cutty Sark and Greenwich village. Maze Hill station is a 10 min walk. The area is close to the river and very safe. The house is quiet. Room and bathroom own cleaning and private bedding is required. Rent includes all reasonable bills. Deposit is required, however, any damage will need to be paid for immediately. No guests or pets are allowed and renting is one a month-to-month basis with 2 weeks notice both ways.
