Large Double Room in 2-bed Greenwich Flat

Hi 👋🏾 I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s *unfurnished* room from end of July/August. Definitely want to meet and speak to people as it is just a two bed flat so important that we get on and have some sort of synergy 🙂

• £900 not including bills (bills are around another 150-200)
• Unfurnished but there is quite a bit of closet storage/space
• Greenwich, SE10 (zone 1/2)
• There isn’t parking on the road that the flat is on, but I can enquire about permits
• I have a cat, so nobody with pets or that has any allergies!
• Preferably black and female but open to chat to other POC and non-female
• 420 friendly
• Queer household
• For working professionals only (preferably above the age of 27 though can be flexible) - please nobody who works part time or is a student.

Really nice modern flat and building, managed by an agency so you will need references and also £100 to change tenancy (it’s on a zero deposit scheme)
