En-suite double in quiet Greenwich area

I’m moving out of London and leaving my lovely houseshare on Halstow Road. You'll be living with three others who all have their own bathrooms (including you), with a shared living space and kitchen and garden.
Your room has doors opening up onto the lovely garden patio.

Housemates:
Myrna - professional opera singer, please note she sometimes teaches singing from the living room (outside your bedroom)
Nour - recently graduated with Masters in Psychology, working in mental health care
Emilia - works as a quality controller and fantastic artist

The room comes with a wardrobe and clothes rail, and can come with the desk, chair and bedside drawer which I’m willing to leave for free. The bed, mattress and a large chest of drawers can be purchased from me additionally otherwise I’d be happy to take them with me.

Bills come in at around £160 pm at the moment, which includes electricity, gas, water, council tax and internet, although this will go down from the end of July.
On-street parking available, you'd just have to pay for a permit.

A 5-minute walk to Westcombe Park Station, or 10 minute bus to North Greenwich Underground. A 10 min walk west and you’re at a huge IKEA, and have a massive retail park that has nearly every supermarket and high street retail outlet you could need. Greenwich town centre is a short 15 min walk the other way.
It's a really friendly house where everyone chips in to keep the communal areas clean, and sometimes we have nice games evenings so it's social while you still have your own private space.

Viewings will be evenings of w/c 15th July. The letting agency will then need to do standard checks.
Move in date is weekend of 10/11th August and you’d be signing onto the contract. Deposit will be £784 (payable to myself). Rent is from the 12th of each month so you’d be paying rent for the month as soon as you move also.
