Greenwich - Room in shared house

I am advertising this for my father who is in his early 70s and has some health issues. Currently there is one other lodger and a live-in carer as well.

The room is really big and the house is in a great location in East Greenwich, just a few minutes walk to Greenwich park and Maze Hill train station which is great for anyone commuting to London. It is also only a short walk to Greenwich University. The room is fully furnished with double bed, desk, wardrobe and sofa.

The house is clean and well maintained, and has a garden, two bathrooms, and a dining table in the lounge.

My dad has always had a mix of people of different ages in the house, from retired people through to many students. He is very laid back and friendly but has poor health so he is there most of the time.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and quiet. Lodgers are not expected to bring people back and we are not looking for couples.
