The apartment is very private and secure, with two door locks for entering the apartment and a third door lock for the elevator and stairs.

There are two bus stops downstairs and a Timeslink train station ten minutes away.

There are many supermarkets, restaurants and several pubs downstairs. A very large IKEA and Asian supermarket are within a ten-minute walk, and a few minutes further there are large supermarket clusters such as Primark, Next, Lidl, Asda, Boots, etc.

My rental contract expires on October 23rd. I hope to find a short-term tenant. If I want to renew the lease, we can discuss it in detail.
