The detached house with garden space is situated in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and is a short walking distance from Greenwich Overground and the Deptford Bridge DLR. Thames Riverside and Greenwich Park with the touristic area and museums are a 10-min walk away. Blackheath, Deptford and Lewisham areas are also close by to access a variety of grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, shops and gyms.

The room comes unfurnished but offers can be made for the current side table, bed and mattress.

The room itself has a built in wardrobe space along with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The room is large enough for an office desk, so you can work from home.

Parking space included. Large living room, guest toilet, laundry room and kitchen are shared spaces with the other tenant.

Males preferred, LGBT welcome. Room not open to rent to couples. Tidiness and cleanliness are non-negociable.

The tenancy is a new 12-month contract. The contract is shared with the current tenant, a woman in her 30s who has lived in the house for 2 years. The new contract is subject to background checks that will be carried out by the letting agent for the suitable tenant. This is a non negotiable by the landlord.
