Ground floor room, Victorian House.

Ground floor double room available in a Victorian House in Greenwich lodging with me (47, teacher, writer) my son (17, at 6th form) and two cats.

If you are allergic to cats then you will be very allergic to these cats!! But they are lovely cats.

The room is basically furnished. there is also a big living room with a table and sofa which we all share, kitchen (smoothie machine, toastie maker, all the essentials!) and a garden.

Chilled out household, definitely suit someone who likes shabby chic - it is an old house.

Happy to consider short term lets, students, freelancers, esp. creatives - I do a lot of creative projects and I know actors have to move around all the time.

Very LGBTQ friendly household.

I work with vulnerable teenagers, and there's a young person living here, so absolutely no drugs I'm afraid.

I do cook most nights so not a show kitchen - but there is plenty of room for you to do so as well.
