1 single room

Hello 👋

We are Kazim and James and we are looking for a new housemate to join us in our house in East Greenwich.

We have a single room available from the 4th of December.

I have been living here for nearly eight years and James has been here for nearly five months.

There is a shared bathroom which will be shared by two tenants only and I have the master bedroom with an ensuite.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, friendly, and easy going person. We live in a clean and tidy environment and would expect the same from the new housemate.

I work full time for a coffee merchant and have a hybrid contract (working from home two days a week). It would be preferable for applicants to also not work fully remotely.

James is an actor and a voiceover artist who works in two music venues. Due to our work life balance we would prefer our housemates to keep the social gathering and noise to a respectable level.

Bills are not included and are roughly £140-£150 per person. Rent is £464. We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight and costs £24 each a month.

Travel connections are excellent! Westcombe Park, North Greenwich Tube, DLR, are all within 5-15 mins walk.

There are three gyms in the area. Sainsbury's, Co-op, Tesco, M&S are all within walking distance. IKEA is just five minutes away.
