Our current housemate is moving out on November 3rd and we are looking for a housemate to take her room. We are all easy going and lead busy lives, but sometimes enjoy a drink and a movie together.

The room is:

• Rent is £730
• Bills £150 average PCM
• For single tenant

Room comes with:

• A double bed
• Wardrobe
• Desk

If you need anything the landlord is responsive and really helpful.
Bills include: Electric, Gas, Water, Council Tax, High speed broadband are all included and a bi-weekly cleaner.

The house has a very large communal living/dining room. A big kitchen with all the mod cons (New washing machine, new fridge freezer, microwave etc).

Shared Bathroom with shower and a bath tub plus there is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

We also have a garden and large area next to the house.

We are close to many attractions and sights, including The O2 Arena (25 min walk) and Greenwich Market (10 min walk) where many restaurants, pubs and bars can be found. With Wundercrust (voted best pizza in London) right next door.

University of Greenwich is only a 10 min walk.

The River Thames and Thames Path Walk is only 1 min walk.

We have a coop directly opposite with large supermarkets around 7 mins walk away.

Maze Hill Train station (Zone 3) 8 min walk and 12 min to London Bridge

North Greenwich (O2 Arena) Tube Station (Zone 2) 25 min walk and 10 min to London Bridge and 8 min to Stratford

Cutty Sark DLR Station (Zone 2) 15 min walk and 8 min to Canary Wharf and 20 min to Bank
