Hello, we are looking for a single tenant to join our household of 3 in a large, warm and cosy 3 bedroom apartment which is just 4 minutes from the Greenwich DLR station.

The apartment is spacious internally with a large entrance hallway, main WC and open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. There is a large balcony off the lounge area with seating for 2 outside.

The bedroom that we have available is an oversized double bedroom with private balcony. There is an integrated wardrobe with lots of storage space inside, as well as two large chests of drawers and a double bed. The en-suite is also very large and offers ample space.

Bills are not included in the rent, council tax is £217 per month which we split equally. Wifi is £39 per month which we also split equally and electricity bills are generally around £80 per month which we also split equally.

The apartment is on the second floor and is serviced by a lift. The block only contains 5 apartments so the communal space is very quiet. We know the next door neighbours well and they are also very quiet. One of us works from home twice per week while the other works in Woolwich 5 days per week. There is lots of space to work from home and space in the sitting room for a desk.

We will be working with Chestersons Estate Agents to complete a 'tenancy swap' process. They require a salary of at least 30 times the monthly rent to comply with their affordability criteria.
