Hi Guys we have one double room in 4 bedroom house available from 4th june.

Room comes fully furnished: double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe, a set of chest drawers.

House has small toilet downstairs and bigger bathroom upstairs.
Room is clean as well as the house. It is close to good transport links.

The house is only two bus stops to North Greenwich Station (Jubilee Line) and the 02. Westcombe Park Station is within 10-15 minutes walk away, which takes you to London Bridge in 15 minutes and there are excellent bus links to the centre of Greenwich (for DLR). Greenwich Centre and Greenwich Univeristy is only 15-20 minute walk away.

There are plenty of shops and amenities close by; ALDI, LIDL, ASDA, Sainsbury's, ODEON Cinema and Nandos/Piaza Hut are only a 5-10 minutes walk away.
The house has central heating and double glazing plus wireless Internet.

As bills (broadband, council tax, water, gas, electricity) are NOT included, please see estimated share to pay per tenant:

Rent – 785, council tax- £37.26, broadband – £8.74
Gas&Electricity – aproxx £80 - £110 paid monthly, Water £15-£20 per person per month.

No cleaning service provided – we keep house clean ourself.

Please be aware this is MHO contract and all costs (rent, bills, cleaning materials) we share evenly between tenants. House is strictly for non-smokers only, pets or no party place. Single occupancy only.
