Double room available in East Greenwich

Hi there!

We are two guys and one girl looking for a friendly, chilled out person to take a double room in our house. The room is on the first floor with plenty of storage, and there's other storage in the house if you need it.

The kitchen is a good size, and there are two bathrooms (the main one has a bath/shower).

We're not a party house but like to chat in the kitchen, or occasionally watch a movie together in the shared living room, sometimes share a takeaway. We have a small garden that we like to grow things in, and it's pretty convenient for travel - plenty of buses, and a 15-20 minute walk to North Greenwich station/Cutty Sark DLR, or 7 minute walk to Westcombe Park rail/Maze Hill.

We understand the need for personal space so equally happy for everyone to chill in their rooms or come out and be sociable, arrange movie nights, dinners together etc. Each of us invites friends over from time to time, and sometimes guests stay in the living room overnight or for a weekend, but not all the time.

Ideally we'd like someone who speaks good English, is happy to get to know us (and for us to get to know you), and who is working at least part time.

Please contact me with any questions - we'd like you to see the house and meet you in person before deciding, but can do video viewings beforehand too.

IMPORTANT: the house contract states it is unfurnished - this means that we can get rid of any of the furniture that came with the house, but it won't be replaced by the landlord. The room comes with some furniture but the current tenant owns some of it so will be taking it with them. There is a metal bed frame (not the one pictured), but there won't be a mattress when you move in, so you'll need to factor this in to moving costs. The chair and the shelves in the pictures will also not be there. There is a desk, bedside table and small chest of drawers.

If you're interested, please message me with your age, occupation, and your hobbies (and what kind of TV you like to watch etc!) We tend to get a lot of messages about this place when it's advertised, so please provide as much information about you and your interests as possible. I will not be able to respond to messages which only confirm interest in the room or ask if it is available. We are also unlikely to respond to people under 27, as we are looking for people closer in age to us. We would prefer a female for this room, as we like to keep a balance in the house, however we're open to another guy if you're the right fit. We are also are LGBT friendly and open to people who do not identify as male or female.

The property is in council tax band D (included in the bills).
