You would be sharing a kitchen including a washing machine, spin dryer and large fridge freezer. The house has good fast wifi included.
The current tenant will be leaving on 17/10
The house is fully double glazed and alarmed. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, TV, desk and wardrobe. The flooring is wood laminate.
Great location – literally 2 minutes from Westcombe Park station in a very desirable area. Transport links to the city and Canary Wharf are second to none. Trains from Westcombe Park direct to London Bridge, Cannon St, Blackfriars, St Pancras etc. Bus stops within a very short walk go in every direction. North Greenwich Tube is either 25 minutes walk or a short bus hop away as are the Greenwich DLR stations. Shops (inc Sainsburys, Asda, Marks and Spencers, Next, Boots, TK Max as well as a large and interesting range of independent shops selling a variety of goods) and various gyms are only a short walk away. Central Greenwich is again walking distance (20 - 25 mins) and boasts a great market, restaurants, bars and many other attractions. Shared secure locked garage space for a bike, scooter or motorbike can be arranged as can parking for a car. Car parking permit (approx £100 pa) would not be included in the rent but can be arranged separately (Garage Cycle/Motorbike storage is free!).
I'm a born Londoner, well educated and with eclectic tastes in everything. I have a dog so dog lovers or at least dog 'don't minders' should only apply. I work late shifts so I'm out 5 evenings a week and come home any time between 1am and 4am. I do my best not to make noise coming in but if you are a particularly light sleeper this may not be for you. I'm a graduate and have a background in, well pretty much everything from sales to legal.
I'm just looking for a pleasant house mate really. Someone friendly, responsible, tidy and considerate would be great. No age range is off the radar however although I have yet to take up pipe and slippers my days of appreciating banging house music are long over! Ideally looking for someone who will stay long term and who will consider this their home. Although this is a 3 bedroom property I only rent 1 room out making this the perfect place for someone who is looking for a more relaxed, chilled out house rather than somewhere with lots of occupants and a hectic social schedule. I'm often up for a chat or a cuppa. This is a room only rental
