The shared space is large and well furnished. The lounge has 3 and 4 seater couches and a flat screen TV on the ground floor. The separate modern kitchen / diner is fully kitted, including stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, a full size fridge/freezer and an additional fridge unit.

There is a garden and paved area to the back and a front garden with a driveway which has parking for two cars.

The house is a 12-15min walk from North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line and the O2), 10-12min from Maze Hill station (overland to Charing Cross and London Bridge) and 20mins to Cutty Sark DLR. There is a bus stop with frequent busses to North Greenwich, West Greenwich and Central London which is 1 min away. If you have a car, there is easy access in and out of London.

I come up to London a couple of nights a week at most, but haven’t done for last year and don’t plan to for the next 4-6 months. My housemate stays in the other double room. She has one friendly and well looked after cat. Looking for one professional person who is easy going and looking to make this their home.
