This is a friendly Indian household and with Punjabi and Hindi being the main language of choice although English is also spoken.
The house hold is vegetarian, but non vegetarians are welcome but there are some restrictions on cooking certain meats.
I am seeking a professional single tenant to live in a three bedroom house.
The house is modern, clean, secure and well maintained.

There is one spacious double bedroom available on the first floor and is fully furnished which includes wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The bedroom has a lock and key to maintain your security and privacy. There are two toilets and two showers situated on the ground and first floor which includes a bath.

The Kitchen is spacious and has been refurbished to a modern standard and contains dining table and will include utensils if required. The use of the washing machine, fridge, toaster and Microwave is included.

There is access to a communal garden.
