We have a beautiful, large and spacious loft room with en suite in a family home with 2 young (well behaved!) children. Newly decorated, spacious double room, fully furnished. Lovely shower and bathroom. The room is up a flight of stairs, secluded from the rest of the house for peace and privacy. Safe, family area. Local parks and pubs. We are a 3 minute walk from a very busy bus stop that goes to Beckton Station (DLR) or East Ham Station (District/hammersmith and city zone 3) within about 5 mins (Equally, we are 20 minutes walk from both these stations).

We are a 5 minute cycle or 20 minute walk from Newham Hospital.

Parking available.

TIME TO CANARY WHARF: 30 mins
TIME TO THE CITY (BANK etc): 40 mins

We are looking for a lodger to share our family home who is quiet, respectful and clean. We have a large industrial style family kitchen with plenty of room to cook great food, and you would be welcome to share all of this with us.

We are an easy going family and enjoy music, cooking, good films and exploring London, our favourite city!

We have 2 lovely cats who are very affectionate and love people.
