A freshly decorated double room is available to rent in this first floor, three bedroom flat.

Single occupancy only, NO COUPLES.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Currently it has a double bed (can arrange a single for more space) and a 5 drawer unit. Ample room for a desk for those who needs to work from home. It can all be removed if you have your own furniture. Currently has weights bench but can also be removed.

The lounge has a dining room table and chairs, so we have somewhere communal to eat, or doubled up as an alternative desk area during the day, as its well lit and it gets you out of your room.

All bills are included, including council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband.

We have the best broadband available, as I work from home sometimes, plus we’re both gamers.

The flat is just off of the busy High Street, so it can be lively and noisy outside, however its very convenient and close to all the shops, and a 3 minute walk to East Ham underground station.

Cleanliness standards must be high, as with all flat sharing situations the shared responsibility of cleaning is essential. We may decide to get a cleaner, so a conversation to be had.
