A beautiful and Bright small Single Room for £600 a month (All Bills currently Included– Nothing Extra to Pay), 2-3 minutes walk to East Ham underground station. My rents are always negotiable for the right person.

This tidy small box room is available in a lovely shared home in East Ham, London E6 2BH. Approx 30 minutes from central London. The room is located at the front of the house on the first floor and is for ONE PERSON ONLY.

Would suit a professional working single person or student.
You’ll be living with 3 males and 2 females, all friendly and considerate. Most have been here for 4+ years and work different shifts, most importantly everybody respect each other.

There is one person in the house that has allergies to some pets.
