Large double room with ensuite (cats considered)

Very large room with ensuite in a houseshare with three ensuite rooms. The room has a desk and very big wardrobe. (Please note that the second photo is taken with a panoramic lens and so makes the room appear bigger than it really is - it is nonetheless a very large room;)

The other housemates are two male professionals; one British male and one Portuguese. Both are very clean, quiet and friendly. There is a cleaning rota. This is a completely drama-free house:)

One of the housemates has a cat which has access only to the room and the garden. A similar, indoor cat would be considered.

There is a nice garden.

No couples/room sharers.

Male or female, gay or straight welcome

The rent includes everything except gas and electricity, which is shared between the housemates on a card/key system. As energy prices are constantly changing it's hard to know how much this is likely to be, but you should probably budget around £15 pw, and probably more in Winter.

Virgin fibre broadband included.

12-15 minute walk to Upton Park station or short bus ride (the bus stop is close to the house and buses run every five minutes).
