Hi i have a lovely house to share and looking for 1 flat mate. I have 1 single room in a large 3 bed house. With 2 bathroom and toilets. Room is fully furnished in a clean environment with new beds, wardrobes, desk and chair.

Currently there are 3 people including me living at the property.

Rent includes everything, from 1000mb fiber broadband, council tax, water, electricity and gas along with shared netflix account. You simply pay rent and all included.

House has a massive garden with outdoor seating, swinging gasbeos and space for barbecues.

Shared garden and shared kitchen/diner

Central park is a 2 mins walk and there are plenty of shops, tesco and high street all in walking distance.

About me, I'm a single male in late 30’s. I’m outgoing and very chilled vibes. Very clean and relaxed.

House has shared kitchen/diner, garden.

Parking permits are available for £30 a year do no issues for parking
