Double en-suite room for rent in East Ham, in a brand new house, new fully furnished.

ladies only. This is a clean, tidy and neat house. Also, it is not a party house.

The room is very spacious and has its own bathroom.
It has a double bed, three doors wardrobe and bedsides tables, all new.

Also, the room has a desk and chair, plus a printer. This is a perfect place for working from home.

Beign located in loft, the room has two generous storage spaces.

Because we share the dinning room and the kitchen, we are looking for a lady (female only) who is neat and tidy, who take care of the house and the common spaces and treat this house as a home.

The house is located near East Ham Central Park, 10-15 minutes walk to East Ham Station and the bus station is in front of the house.
